Cancellation Policy:

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

  • For cancellations made 7 days after payment, no charges.
  • For cancellations made  7 days after payment and 45 days before check-in,  one daily rate will be charged per room. 
  • Cancellations made between 44 and 10 days from check-in, 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee and the other 50% can be used as a credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days, 100% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer, a processing fee will be charged.
  • This policy includes all social, political, and natural contingencies, health status and acts of God that can occur.
