- For cancellations made 30 days before the start date of the tour, 80% of the total bill will be charged.
- For any cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the tour, the penalty is the full amount.
- Please note that the flight portion is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Otherwise the penalty is the total value of the flight portion.
- For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.
