- For any cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before check in, 70% of the total bill will be reimbursed.
- For any cancellations made between 14 and 5 days before check in, 50% of the total bill will be reimbursed.
- For four days or less, the penalty is the full amount.
- Please note that the flight portion is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; otherwise the penalty is the total value of the flight portion.
- For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.
