- For cancellations made 15 days before check-in, one daly rate will be charged as a cancellation fee and the balance can be used as credit in one year starting from the cancellation date.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days or NO SHOW, 100% will be charged as cancellation fee.
- This policy is not valid for holiday periods
- For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer, a processing fee will be charged.
- This policy includes all social, political, and natural contingencies, health status and acts of God that can occur.
