Late check-out is not allowed at Pousada do Vale.
Children policy:
One child until 5 years old, staying at parent's room is free of charge.
Children with 6 years old or older will pay adult rate.
We accept children under 12 in Bungalow Duplex with previous authorization of parents or legal guardian only.

We suggest you pay the environmental tax fee charged by Administration of Fernando de Noronha in advance, at http://www.noronha.pe.gov.br/
- For cancellations made 30 days before the start date of the tour, 80% of the total bill will be reimbursed.
- For any cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the tour, the penalty is the full amount.
- Please note that the flight portion is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; otherwise the penalty is the total value of the flight portion.
- For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.
- This policy includes all social, political, and natural contingencies, health status and acts of God that can occur.
